The project began in 2007. The idea: to create a daily image in a diary. The rules: don’t think too much before opening the notebook, the image must be created in one go, devote a limited amount of time to the task, don’t skip a single day. Between 2007 and 2011, any technique could be used and there were no formal conditions, resulting in a huge inventory of possibilities: pencil, marker, tempera, pen, ink, collage, found images. In 2012, the project was rethought. Instead of the infinite use of techniques, a single tool was used: a black fine-tip marker. The image occupied two pages. In 2013, the same approach was used with coloured markers.
In 2014, there was only one change: everything would be in black and white.
