During 2008, I had my design studio on Calle Infantas, and every morning the 53 bus dropped me off at the stop opposite Gran Vía.
Like a guardian, the Metropolis building stood before me.
I began to photograph it every morning and every afternoon from the same spot.
All that material was left forgotten in a folder.
As 2025 draws to a close, I have revisited the project.
